Project Background
The Summer School provides extra-curricular activities to help orphans build social skills and to enjoy themselves.
The Summer Schools are organised every year and orphans who participate in the Summer Schools say that they enjoy the experience.
The activities are designed to improve the physical health of the orphans and to raise their spirits. The children who attend are given four meals a day and are all assessed by a psychologist.
In Bosnia, many children who have parents spend their summers on the coast or in the mountains, so the orphans enjoy the chance to spend their summer holidays at the camp. |
