Islamic Relief in Indonesia

Since 2000, Islamic Relief has been working in Indonesia. We registered our Jakarta field office three years later, from which we were able to respond swiftly to the devastating tsunami of 2004 and the Yogyakarta earthquake two years later. Other development projects include:

•    Delivering disaster risk reduction programmes
•    Rebuilding livelihoods and local industries
•    Sponsoring orphaned children
